What's New
Previously, StaffUP notifications were one-way: we'd send a shift offer, workers could accept or decline, and that was it. Now, workers can reply with questions, and your team can respond directly from the StaffUP dashboard.
How It Works
Here's a typical conversation flow:
StaffUP: Shift available: Nov 20, 8am-4pm at Downtown Medical. $22/hr. Reply YES to accept.
Worker: Is parking included?
StaffUP: Yes! Free parking in Lot B. Reply YES to confirm the shift.
