StaffUP provides an automated workforce coordination platform that enables businesses to manage shift scheduling, broadcast availability requests, and coordinate with on-call staff via phone calls and SMS messaging. Our Services are designed for staffing agencies, logistics companies, event management firms, and similar organizations.
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. SMS/Telephony Communications
By opting in, you agree to receive automated calls and texts from StaffUP regarding shift availability or account security. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Message frequency varies.
Additional terms for SMS/telephony communications:
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP
- For assistance, text HELP or contact our support team
- Consent to receive automated messages is not a condition of purchase
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
